Hikvision's time tracking and access control terminals are used to record employee entry, exit, and presence events. However: standard terminal integration mechanisms are limited in integration with external systems; there is no universal and convenient mechanism for transferring data to systems hosted on an external network; difficulties arise with data normalization and communication error handling. In this regard, a single connecting software is required that will take over the interaction with Hikvision devices and provide centralized integration with other systems.
As a result of the implementation of the task, it is expected: centralized and reliable data collection from Hikvision terminals; simplification and acceleration of integration with external accounting systems that are not on the same network with terminals; reduction of errors and data loss; increased transparency of working hours and access control.

Purpose and description of task (project)
The purpose of the task is to develop a binding software for the integration of a time management and access control system with Hikvision terminals. It is necessary to develop a software module (middleware) that ensures the receipt, processing and transmission of data (user data, photos of persons, attendance data) between Hikvision terminals and external information systems located on the Internet (not on a local network). The solution should provide stable data exchange, correct interpretation of events and the ability to scale with an increase in the number of devices.
