Purpose and description of task (project)
Development of technology for automatic testing of voice robot scenarios in a telephone channel (SIP) using LLM models and speech synthesis. The goal is to ensure that maintenance scenarios are executed correctly, with the ability to generate input data (replicas) and analyze robot responses automatically.
Software/ IS
The lack of automated testing tools for voice scripts makes it difficult to quickly verify changes, reduces the reliability of implementations, and requires significant labor. A system is needed that allows testing without the participation of operators and real calls.
The expected result is to accelerate and improve the testing process, reduce quality control costs, increase reliability when implementing changes, reduce time to implement solutions, and simplify debugging and analysis processes.
