Today, many event organizers use disparate solutions for ticket sales and access control. The lack of a single digital platform leads to an increase in the passage time of viewers, queues, a decrease in the quality of visitor service and a lack of analytical data. In addition, there is a problem of using fake or duplicated tickets, which leads to financial losses for the organizers and a decrease in the level of trust on the part of customers. We need a modern technology platform capable of providing centralized access control and real-time statistics collection.

Purpose and description of task (project)
The aim of the project is to create a unified digital platform for automating the processes of controlling visitor access to concerts, sporting events, festivals, theatrical performances and other mass events. The system should provide online ticket verification, visitor flow management, real-time monitoring of entrance group occupancy, and provision of event attendance analytics to organizers.
Note
The result of the project should be a scalable platform capable of integrating with ticket systems, access control equipment and mobile devices of validators.
