Create a high-performance tool that will automatically convert, optimize and compress Baimly video tutorials for different devices (Android/iOS), ensuring minimal file weight without loss of quality and offline mode support. The project requires: A. Develop a mobile video compressor (in-app) • Video compression in multiple presets (360p/480p/720p) • Support for H.264 / H.265/VP9 (optional) • Bitrate reduction • Automatic preview generation • Multi-stage optimization for weak devices B. Implement the transcoder on the server (Node.js / Go / Java + FFmpeg) • Automatic video processing when uploaded by the teacher • Generation of multiple quality versions • Generation of offline-friendly formats • Adaptive bitrate streaming (HLS) support C.
