"Highly loaded hardware and software ecosystem (SaaS/P2P platform)" Client applications (iOS/Android). A server infrastructure for processing financial transactions. A system of intelligent arbitration and real-time data monitoring.

Problem description

The modern market of digital services for interpersonal and business communications (P2P/O2O platforms) It faces a number of system barriers that reduce the effectiveness of user interaction and create high operational risks.: Information redundancy and low entry threshold: Most existing communication platforms lack a mechanism for filtering incoming requests. This leads to the emergence of "digital noise", the misuse of participants' time resources and a decrease in the quality of conversion from dialogue to result. Lack of guarantees for the fulfillment of obligations in the O2O segment: There is no financial or programmatic control tool when interaction moves from the digital environment to offline (Online-to-Offline). This leads to a high percentage of unfair behavior by the parties (failure to attend an event, violation of the time frame), which current services cannot prevent or compensate for. Risks of transactions between individuals: There is a shortage of affordable and technologically advanced "Secure Transaction" (Escrow) systems for micropayments between users on the market. The lack of a transparent mechanism for retaining and distributing funds makes remote arrangements legally and financially insecure. Vulnerability of verification systems: Traditional methods of confirming the fact of providing a service or holding a meeting (check-ins, photo reports) are easily falsified using geolocation substitution software (Mock Locations) and social engineering. This makes objective arbitration impossible in case of disputes. Lack of a single metric for the value of time: Current IT solutions do not have built-in tools for effective billing and monetization of users' personal time in real time, which limits the development of the Gig Economy. The project solves these problems by creating a software-regulated environment where every interaction is backed by financial obligations (the Escrow model), and the fact that conditions are met is confirmed through a cryptographic bundle of geodata and dynamic identifiers that excludes the human factor.

Expected effect

Expected effect of the project implementation 1. Technological effect: Create a high-throughput architecture that supports more than 10,000 atomic operations per second with data consistency. Development of a proprietary O2O verification protocol that integrates cryptographic identification and geo-coordinate methods, which reduces the risk of fraud to less than 0.1%. Implementation of a flexible Billing Engine that supports custom algorithms for depositing and distributing funds in real time. 2. Economic effect: Creation of an innovative financial model with controlled capital turnover, ensuring a high retention rate of liquidity within the system. Creating a transparent digital environment for Gig Economy participants, allowing for efficient billing and monetization of time resources. Optimization of transaction costs when making micropayments between network nodes by automating clearing processes. 3. Operational and user effect: Optimization of time resources: Reducing operational time losses for non-targeted communications by 70-80% due to the introduction of intelligent filters and financial entry thresholds. Guarantee of fulfillment of obligations: Increasing the discipline of participants in interaction through the mechanisms of automated escrow control and systemic penalties for violations of regulations. Verification of the result: Ensuring 100% confirmation of the completion of the interaction stage in an offline environment without the possibility of manipulating reporting data. 4. The effect on the IT ecosystem: Localization of expertise in the development of highly loaded systems using WebRTC and complex fintech tools. The export potential of software as a scalable solution for global markets in the segment of event management systems and the P2P economy.

Purpose and description of task (project)

The purpose of the project: Creation of a high-tech O2O platform (Online-to-Offline) for monetization and personal communications management. The project aims to solve the problem of "empty" communication in the digital environment by introducing financial filters and mechanisms for guaranteed confirmation of physical meetings. Task description: It is necessary to develop a software package that ensures safe and transparent interaction between users in real time. The project requires the integration of complex fintech solutions and data streaming tools. The main technical challenges and development tasks: Real-time Bidding Engine: Implementation of dynamic bidding logic for user time slots with instant status updates and protection from competitive bidding (race condition). "Secure Transaction" system (Escrow): Development of a multi-level transaction architecture with algorithms for holding and automatic distribution of funds based on an event model. Media Streaming (WebRTC): Implementation of low-latency P2P video communication and integration of a per-second billing system within the stream. O2O verification and fraud protection: Creation of a protocol for confirming physical presence through a combination of GPS coordinates and dynamic QR codes. Implementation of protection at the mobile SDK level from location substitution tools (Mock Locations). Highly Loaded Backend: Designing a fault-tolerant architecture capable of maintaining the integrity of data and financial balances with large volumes of simultaneous transactions. Administrative Hub: Development of an intelligent arbitration system for automatic and manual dispute resolution based on system logs and geodata. Expected result: A fully functional mobile application (iOS/Android) and a server part that provide a full cycle of user interaction: from the first paid interaction to a verified meeting with automatic financial settlement.
