Purpose and description of task (project)
The goal of this project is to create a service capable of automatically recognizing paper accounting documents, such as EF and AVR, with high accuracy and speed. The service must provide recognition of all tabular structures, text information, and digital data contained in documents. As a result, the service must provide structured data in JSON or Excel format, as well as the ability to convert a scanned document to Excel while maintaining the tabular appearance of the original.

Currently, the processing of paper accounting documents, such as electronic invoices and certificates of completed works, remains a laborious and time-consuming process. Accountants are forced to manually enter data from these documents into accounting systems, which leads to significant time costs and increases the likelihood of errors. Existing document recognition solutions often have limitations related to scanning quality, document format, and complexity of tabular structures. They do not always provide high recognition accuracy and require additional processing of the results.
