Purpose and description of task (project)
Creating an AI service that automatically analyzes customer reviews, identifies negativity, classifies problems, and generates reports to improve the service. The goal is to improve the quality of customer service and speed up the processing of requests. The system should automatically collect feedback from various sources (application, social media, call center), determine the tone, type of problem (courier, restaurant, delivery time, dish quality) and set priorities for the team. You need a report panel and automatic notifications about negative outbursts.

The system should integrate with CRM and support training based on the company's own data.
