Currently, we are facing problems related to the synchronization and control sequence of the thyristors, which has led to failures of the thyristors, power electronics, and control system. We are looking for a partner for a comprehensive review of the project, including a detailed analysis and evaluation of our current electrical and control architecture to identify any gaps in the project that may affect operational reliability. It is also necessary to analyze the types and consequences of failures for the current project, conduct a thorough assessment of our test procedure to determine whether we use sufficiently reliable methods for testing the device. That is, we need a detailed comprehensive review of our development to ensure its suitability for operation.
The result of the work should be a report summarizing the evaluation of the design and our test procedures.

Purpose and description of task (project)
We are engaged in custom design of electronics for voltage optimization systems aimed at improving energy efficiency in three-phase AC networks. Our developments are designed for a voltage from 72 to 2500 kV and are based on the architecture of an autotransformer with taps. Each unit is equipped with its own power electronics and a control system that controls two-position thyristors at the intersection of the zero current of the AC sine wave in each phase.
