Problem description

Creation and implementation of a unified digital and technological infrastructure of the mine. It includes the construction of a common data transmission network (Wi-Fi, VOLS, radio relay communication), underground radio communication systems based on the Leaky Feeder (UHF) cable, personnel and equipment positioning/zoning, emergency alerts, search for people under the rubble, collision prevention systems (levels 7-8), 360 video review systems and driver fatigue monitoring, monitoring of the mine atmosphere, as well as automated control systems with dispatching functions and integration with the REACS Mineworks system. Personal tags are integrated directly into the shaft lamp housing ("3 in 1").

Expected effect

"Safety": Full control over the deployment of personnel and equipment; reduction of the alert time in case of an accident to 4-5 minutes; the ability to accurately detect a person under a blockage (through a layer of rock with an error of no more than 2 m for 2 days); reduction of collision risks ("SHO–SHO" and "SHO–man") and accident prevention. due to driver fatigue. Operational efficiency: Real-time dispatching center with end-to-end monitoring; accurate automated accounting of rock volumes, flights, downtime and equipment operation; optimization of energy consumption (ventilation, pumps). Reliability: Provision of a technical availability coefficient (KTG) of 100% and an equipment utilization coefficient (KIO) of 0.998 due to ring redundancy of VOLS and redundant radio channels.
