Create an information system that generates, using artificial intelligence, an official document called the Professional Standard (PS). PS is a document establishing general requirements for knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience in a specific profession.

At the first stage of developing a professional standard, a specialist uses ready-made sources. For the most part, the work comes down to copying from one file and pasting it into a professional standard form. At the second stage, the finished document is sent for consideration by the expert community, after which comments are eliminated and proposals for its improvement are taken into account. After their approval, the document is sent for approval to government agencies and approved. At least 147 such documents will need to be developed for 2024-2026. In addition to professional standards, it is possible to scale up the use of AI as a tool to solve other issues of the national qualification system, such as the development of sectoral qualification frameworks, educational programs, and qualification programs.
Having created artificial intelligence to generate professional standards, we expect that in a week we will be able to complete a three-year plan for the development of professional standards. it will also save millions of budget money.
