The bottom line: A training platform built into DCH with technical documentation, instructions and video tutorials for clinic staff. The problem being solved: In Kazakhstan, less than 15% of clinics have implemented full-fledged MIS, as digitalization is often sabotaged by staff due to the difficulty of mastering. The DCH team needs a lot of resources for initial free training and user support. The purpose of the development is to automate the implementation of the DCH platform (create online courses, technical documentation, knowledge base) and reduce the burden on the technical support department. Expected effect: Reduction of the adaptation time of new doctors and administrators in clinics. For DCH— minimizing the cost of implementing services and increasing retention (retention>90%) due to the convenience of the product. Roles: System user (doctor, administrator) — passing lessons, searching for answers. DCH Superuser — add/edit articles and videos. Functional requirements: A section with structured technical documentation (with a keyword search engine). Step-by-step interactive tutorial (hints on the screen) when a new user logs in for the first time. Knowledge base with video instructions (for example, "How to create a calendar entry", "How to cancel an appointment"). Expected technical tasks: Frontend (Vue.js 2): Implementing a library for creating step-by-step tutorials (for example, Vue Tour or Intro.js ). Developing a knowledge base interface with categories. Backend: Development of a microservice (knowledge-base) for content management and tracking user onboarding progress. Acceptance criteria: At the first login, the user must undergo interactive training on their interface (depending on the role). The knowledge base search works correctly and provides relevant articles. DCH technical support receives fewer typical chat questions.
