When launching and developing educational courses, an IT school faces a number of typical problems related to learning management and student interaction. At the moment, key processes (course management, monitoring student progress, collecting feedback, and communicating between participants) are implemented using disparate tools. This complicates the control of training, reduces the transparency of processes and increases operational costs. The lack of a single digital solution leads to the following difficulties: limited visibility of student progress and course effectiveness; difficulties in making changes to training programs quickly; non-systematic collection and analysis of feedback; high dependence on manual operations and human factors. As a result, management decisions are made with delays, and the quality of the educational process is difficult to assess and scale. Solving this problem requires an integrated approach, including process analysis, product concept formation, and development of requirements for a unified learning management system.
As a result of the project, the IT school will receive a structured and understandable solution for managing educational processes, and students will gain practical experience working with tasks that are as close as possible to real IT projects. For an IT school: increasing the transparency of learning processes and student progress; reducing the number of manual operations and operational risks; faster management decision-making; improving the quality of educational programs through systematic data collection and analysis; the ability to scale courses without proportionally increasing the workload on the team. For students: development of practical skills of system analysis and product thinking; understanding the full lifecycle of an IT product; experience working with requirements, priorities, and changes; preparation for real work in development teams. In general, the project creates the basis for the sustainable development of educational products of the IT school and increases the readiness of graduates to participate in real IT projects.

Purpose and description of task (project)
To develop students' practical skills of working with a real IT product: from analyzing business needs to forming a product solution and development requirements. As part of the project, it is necessary to work out the concept of a digital solution for an IT school designed to manage educational courses and accompany students throughout their studies. The project involves performing tasks specific to the roles of a system analyst and product manager.: analysis of current learning processes and interaction with students; identifying the needs of key stakeholders; formation of a product concept and value proposition; description and structuring of system requirements; defining the composition of the MVP and prioritizing functionality; working out metrics for the effectiveness of the solution. The task is as close as possible to the real working conditions in IT projects and is aimed at developing analytical, product and communication thinking among students.
