Problem description

Potential seasonal migrant workers from Central Asian countries often face a number of significant challenges and risks in the process of preparing for departure and upon arrival in their destination countries. The lack of timely, reliable and complete information about legal employment procedures, working conditions, legislation of the host country, as well as their rights and obligations, makes them vulnerable to unscrupulous intermediaries, exploitation and various forms of discrimination. Existing pre-departure orientation methods do not always cover all those in need or provide information in a convenient and accessible format. This leads to the fact that many migrants go to work abroad without the necessary training, which can negatively affect their safety, well-being and overall migration experience.

Expected effect

Expected effect The introduction of a virtual pre-departure orientation guide for potential seasonal migrant workers is expected to lead to the following key results: 1. Raising awareness and reducing risks 2. Expanding air defense coverage and accessibility 3. Improving the adaptation and success of migration 4. Standardization and quality of information 5. Resource efficiency In general, the virtual guide is expected to become a powerful tool for protecting the rights and interests of migrant workers, contributing to safer, more orderly and humane labor migration.
