Purpose and description of task (project)

It is necessary to implement a WhatsApp bot as an alternative digital channel for submitting residents' requests to the Komek system. The WhatsApp bot should provide automated reception of citizens' messages, collect the minimum necessary information for registration of an appeal and transfer data to the automated Komek system through secure API/HTTPS requests. The implementation of the WhatsApp bot will expand accessibility through a popular communication channel, increase the convenience of submitting requests and reduce the burden on operators by automating typical scenarios.
