A single platform that allows you to see how many education specialists are in the country, by place of work, to form a vision for the development of labor resources depending on production trends and innovations for short and long-term prospects, send an application to the EOM for an order, etc. The platform should allow for the transformation of the labor market.

Currently, there is no unified information system that allows analyzing and predicting the state of the labor market based on up-to-date data on specialists, their education and place of work. This leads to the following problems: There is a mismatch between supply and demand in the labor market – personnel training does not always meet the needs of the economy and trends in innovative development. The lack of transparent data on specialists means that it is not possible to quickly see how many and which personnel are available in the country, which complicates strategic planning. Inefficient interaction between business, educational institutions and the state – employers cannot form a request for training the right specialists in time, and educational programs do not always adapt to changing market requirements. Slow adaptation to innovation – without accurate data on the current state of the workforce, it is difficult to predict which professions and competencies will be in demand in the short and long term.
