Problem description

Company employees often ask recurring questions to the HR department (about vacations, sick days, corporate policies, benefits, paperwork procedures, etc.). This creates an overload for the HR team and reduces the speed of employee service. A tool is required that can automatically answer the most typical questions, and if necessary, refer an employee to a live HR specialist.

Expected effect

The implementation of the HR-AI tool will allow: - Reduce the burden on the HR team by automating responses to recurring employee requests (up to 60-70% of typical questions). - Speed up the service speed of employees: responses will be provided instantly and in a convenient channel for them (chat, portal, messenger). - Increase employee satisfaction through round-the-clock access to reliable information without waiting for a specialist's response. - Systematize HR knowledge: the database of documents and FAQ will be structured and regularly updated, which will provide a single source of truth. - Ensure transparency and analytics: it will be possible to collect statistics on employee issues, identify the most frequent requests and, based on this, improve HR processes and communication.
