Problem description

At the moment, we do not understand what our customers actually use, which interface zones are most actively used, and how often users do not complete their work processes within the system. The implementation of analytics will allow analyzing user activity, using the results of analytics for A/B testing, interface improvements, and platform functionality changes.

Expected effect

The implemented Yandex.Analytics on all pages of the system will allow you to track user activity within the system accounts. It is important to have a separation by roles and companies, as there may be several users in one company.

Purpose and description of task (project)

At SoBes, we automate mass recruitment by working with medium and large businesses. Previously, there was no need for analytics, as our support department ensured the functioning of the system for the client, including regularly changing the interface. However, the project is actively growing, and customers are beginning to actively use the functionality, so there is a need for user activity analytics to track the funnel of work and popular/outdated functions for companies of different sizes. In June, the design was updated to take into account all the new functionality, so the need to implement user activity analytics has become even more urgent.
