Develop a chatbot that will help you solve the following tasks: - Reducing the Consul's time to consult with service recipients abroad by up to 90% (105 Consular departments worldwide). - Will allow you to consult service recipients around the clock. - It will reduce the need for personal visits to Consular departments by service recipients from other cities of the consular district. - Make an appointment with the consul at a convenient time for the recipient.
