The lack of automated tools and operational analytics makes it difficult for the participants of the EPR and BDT to interact, reducing the efficiency of electricity trading, slowing down decision-making processes and increasing operational risks.

Expected effect

Improving the efficiency of interaction between participants in the wholesale electricity market (REM) and the balancing electricity market (REM) through the introduction of AI technologies, including a chatbot and a personalized recommendation system, to improve service and optimize business processes.
