Purpose and description of task (project)

The purpose of the test product is to test a differentiated monetization model and confirm the hypothesis that a transparent pricing model is in demand among small businesses. The task is to validate the technical feasibility of rapid integration through the Telegram ecosystem and collect feedback to determine the prospects for the development of a full-fledged platform.

Type of product

Telegram Mini App

Problem description

The project is aimed at solving the following key problems of small business: 1. The inability to compete with major players due to the high fees of delivery platforms 2. Lack of technical resources for complex integrations with existing systems 3. High transaction costs when organizing your own delivery service 4. Limited access to modern logistics solutions

Expected effect

The contractor ensures the creation of a workable test product that includes functionality for registering users of all categories, managing goods, and processing orders through the Telegram interface. The key expected result is the stable operation of the system with the ability to complete a full order cycle from checkout to delivery, including the integration of a subscription model for businesses and a commission accounting system for couriers. The contractor provides a fully documented source code solution that collects data on user activity for further analysis of the effectiveness of the business model. The result is a ready-to-use product that allows the customer to validate key hypotheses about the relevance of the service and the feasibility of developing a full-fledged platform.
