Problem description: The critical fragmentation of data across isolated systems (EDMS, mail, network folders) leads to employees spending a significant portion of their time searching for information rather than on direct tasks. The lack of a "single window" slows down decision-making and leads to a loss of corporate knowledge during staff rotation. At the same time, the use of external cloud AI services is unacceptable due to strict information security requirements. An organization needs a tool for instant data navigation without the risk of confidential information leaking outside the closed loop.
Increase the operational efficiency of the company by reducing the time employees spend searching for information by 30-50%. Creating a "single window" of knowledge will speed up management decision-making and eliminate duplication of work. The project will ensure full digital sovereignty: data processing takes place locally, eliminating the risk of leaks. An additional effect is to preserve the institutional memory of the organization, which reduces dependence on unique experts and accelerates the adaptation of new employees through instant access to accumulated experience and regulations.

Purpose and description of task (project)
Objective: To develop and implement a local intelligent search engine (Enterprise Search) that provides instant access to corporate knowledge in a secure closed loop of the organization. Description: Creation of a platform based on RAG technologies that indexes internal sources (EDMS, files, databases) and generates accurate responses to employee requests. The product will solve the problem of wasting time searching for information by combining data into a "single window" with strict observance of access rights and language specifics (kaz/rus), guaranteeing complete confidentiality on the customer's own servers.
