The goal of the project is to create a technology service that automatically generates video AVATAR responses with lip-sync based on a user's text request. The system should: accept text; synthesize speech via TTS; perform lipsync inference (MuseTalk 1.5); generate an HLS video stream (init.mp4 + *.m4s segments); give the client a ready-made API stream. The project is a full-fledged information service using GPU, PyTorch, FFmpeg, UNet/VAE models, Whisper audio processing and custom avatar preprocessing. The work is aimed at creating a technological platform for interactive AI assistants with real-time video generation.

The WhatsApp bot should provide automated reception of citizens' messages, collect the minimum necessary information for registration of an appeal and transfer data to the automated Komek system through secure API/HTTPS requests. The implementation of the WhatsApp bot will expand accessibility through a popular communication channel, increase the convenience of submitting requests and reduce the burden on operators by automating typical scenarios.

TextSense - rule-based text Meaningfulness/Noise Assessment module for Multilingual STTS
Create a lightweight, deterministic TypeScript module that, based on a fragment of speech (already converted to text), outputs a numerical score (0-1) and diagnostic features that allow reliable (without AI/LLM) filtering of STT noise and low-meaning speech to the stage of transmission to the NLU/intent classifier. The module is designed for integration into pipelines of voice robots (STT → filter → intent/flow). It works offline/locally (without ML-inference) and uses a set of heuristics: grammatical markers, bundles, frequency bigrams, domain dictionaries, simple regular patterns, length/punctuation parameters. Issues a score for monitoring and logs.
