To develop a system that automatically identifies sellers' offers with zero or abnormally low commercial efficiency and determines the probable reason for the lack of demand in order to: - give the seller specific recommendations for improving the offer; - or correctly withdraw the offer from the active catalog. Goal Improve the efficiency and quality of the marketplace catalog by: - reducing the proportion of broken offers; - increase the conversion rate of listing and search; - reducing the “noise” in the catalog; - GMV growth without increasing traffic.

Implementation of a monitoring and alerting system for the ML ranking algorithm of the marketplace
The marketplace uses an ML ranking algorithm that forms the order in which products/services are displayed in search and listings. The algorithm directly affects the user experience and key business metrics (CTR, CR, GMV). The purpose of the task is to develop a monitoring and alerting system that will allow: - promptly detect the degradation of the algorithm, - automatically signal failures, - help in determining the possible cause of the problem (data, model, infrastructure). The alert system should cover: - model input data - the behavior of the model in production - online business metrics - the technical condition of the ranking service.

Development of a universal integration connector for a program in the flower business Posiflora.com
The goal of the project is to develop a universal integration connector for the Posiflora accounting program, which provides flexible, secure and scalable data exchange with external systems through the official Posiflora API. The project assumes: • Analysis of the Posiflora API and key business entities (sales, orders, products, balances, customers, employees, stores); • development of a universal connector architecture with the ability to connect various data sources and recipients; • implementation of two-way data exchange (receiving and sending); • support for event-based and/or periodic synchronization (webhooks, polling, schedules); • configuring data mapping between Posiflora and external systems; • Error handling, logging, and integration monitoring; • security (authorization, tokens, access restriction); • preparation of technical documentation and connection examples for developers. The result should be a ready-made universal connector that can be used as a basis for integrating Posiflora with any external accounting, analytical and service systems without developing from scratch for each case.

Description of the project: creation of the AI platform PromBilimDala - "Digital Innovation for industry". The platform includes several key functions: AI is a digital assistant: it protects and improves knowledge of the best experts and production practices. AI-translator technology: provides the transition between Russian and Kazakh languages (RU K KZ). Computer Vision: highlights for professionals. The system works in three languages, fully adapted to the standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan and provides for a reduction in the cost of 25-40% of the total for 60 days.

Automation of warehouse management
The aim of the project is to develop and prototype a basket extraction module for EcomRobotics robots with a choice of the optimal mechanism from two options.: 1) vacuum suction cups (pneumatic, 4 pieces with a diameter of 75-150 mm, force 100-200 kg); 2) mechanical hooks (servo hooks for baskets with a hook area or handles, force 200 + kg). The module integrates with the robot arm, is tested for 1000 cycles in a warehouse (10-40°C, 40-80% humidity)
