Refinement of the labeling system for beer kegs in the beer bottling industry
Currently, there are five conveyor belts for the production of beer bottling in kegs of 30 and 50 liters at the enterprise of IP "Efes Kazakhstan" JSC. Filled beer kegs move automatically along each of these belts. All five conveyor belts converge into one common belt, along which all the filled kegs begin to move, and the process of weighing the filled kegs is carried out. Further, after the keg weighing process, using a makem-imaje 2200 TAM BLOW printer, the process of labeling paper tags on each keg takes place, on which the volume (liters), the date of beer bottling, and the weight of the filled keg are indicated. However, there are situations where the shared feed stops automatically. This happens if the common belt along which the beer kegs move detects unfilled kegs during weighing. As a result of the shutdown of the general tape, the production of beer bottling in kegs and five shipping tapes are also stopped. The shutdown of the entire production continues until the workers discover exactly where the beer was underused in the keg.
