Magic Smile is a mobile application for orthodontic support for children, an innovative solution that simplifies treatment on aligners through a virtual assistant and gamification elements.
The goal of the project is to create a Magic Smile mobile application that will help children and adolescents undergo orthodontic treatment with aligners in an easy, playful and motivating way. Project objectives: • Develop a digital assistant in the form of a Smilo cat character who will accompany the child during treatment; • Implement a reminder system for wearing and timely changing aligners; • Add educational videos and instructions on how to care for mouthguards; • Embed gamification elements (scores, levels, virtual rewards); • Turn on the SOS button in case of loss of attachment or mouth guard; • Create a visual tracker of treatment progress; • Provide for the possibility of integration with digital orthodontic platforms (for example, iTero). • The next step is to develop a children's case for aligners with the image of Smilo and a decorative insert/ film for mouthguards to strengthen the child's attachment to treatment and the hero.
